Before taking part in this program, make sure to read these terms. You have to agree with these terms before you are able to sign up.
The minimum age to partake in this program is 18 years. It is your responsibility to only partake in this program if you are both over 18 and of legal age in your country of residence.
Our investment program, Green4X, is available to the general public but will closed once we reach our membership limit. Green4X reserves the right to accept or decline any member's application for membership without explanation, at Green4X's sole discrection. The use of our program is restricted to approved members. Each investment is considered as a private transaction between Green4X and the member.
As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.
All information on the Green4X website is property of Green4X and may not be published anywhere on or off the internet, without prior written approval from Green4X. You agree that all correspondence with Green4X is confidential. The information on this website and any communication with this website are not to be regarded as an offer or a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor intended for any person to whom it would be unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.
Green4X respects member's privacy. All member data given to and collected by Green4X is confidential and will not be shared, rented, sold or in any other way disclosed to any third party. Under no circumstance will Green4X be liable or held responsible for any loss of data that may occur.
Any investment made in Green4X is made at your own risk. You understand that past result are no guarantee for similar future results. Information on and communications with this website are informational only and should not be considered as an investment advice. You agree to hold owners and members of Green4X harmless of any liability.
It is your sole responsibility to be aware of Green4X's current terms. Green4X reserves the right to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Changes to these terms may be made to respect the integrity and security of Green4X. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only resource is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Green4X program after a change has been made will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Under no circumstance will Green4X be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, costs and/or losses arising out of or related to these terms, or resulting from any violation of these terms and/or use of the Green4X website. You agree not to use this website for any illegal activities, and not to participate in the Green4X program if this violates any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation.
You agree not to publicly post any derogatory and/or slanderous statements about Green4X or any of it's owners. Any member found posting negative votes on public forums or rating websites, without having tried to resolve any issues by contacting Green4X, will have their account cancelled immediately and irreversibly.
Spamming by means of newsgroup postings with hyperlinks, e-mail links, ICQ, Instant Messages or any other practice that is illegal or could reflect negatively on our program is strictly prohibited. Members violating these terms will be immediately and permanently removed from Green4X.
People who do not agree with the terms above, cannot join the Green4X program.
